SheCodes 2024
A two-day women's hackathon (14–15 Jun 2024) by WTM REVA × GDSC REVA. I started as a volunteer and ended up running PR and events. I was the single point of contact for 40 teams, sorted accommodation for 40+ people, escorted participants in on arrival day, and worked with our gold sponsor on branding and on-day plans. Somewhere in there I spoke to 1,000+ people on call. At that scale there's no "we'll figure it out later", so I learned to keep things calm, on time and fun.

A three-day bootcamp (27 Feb–1 Mar 2025) for 200+ women entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts. My job was to build the entire 30-person organising team from scratch. I headhunted on LinkedIn, recruited from REVA and other Bangalore colleges, and interviewed for personality and interests, not just skills. Then I split everyone into blocks (logistics, marketing, hospitality, tech support, registration) with clear owners, and ran onboarding and icebreakers so the team clicked before event day.
